The Business Communication skills training consists of facilitated workshops during which small groups are taken through the steps of planning and implementing business communication practices, using their own themes and content to practice these skills.
During the 2 day workshop, delegates are trained in the High Impact presentions method to ensure that the design and delivery of their presentations has the desired outcome and leads to action.
The High Impact method works in a government or business environment and is very effective for presentations where buy-in for NGO’s, development projects or corporate social investment is required. The delegates will be equipped with the skills to design their own presentations in future. Our services include after-care and follow-up coaching sessions with delegates who require further support. A one day practice workshop either directly after the workshop or one month later to further refine the DELIVERY skills is recommended. The training sessions are very creative and we use THINKPLAN tools- and techniques to harness collective thinking and creativity.

The High Impact Business Communication method follows the same structure as the presentations and helps delegates to convert presentations into business proposals and business plans.
MEETING AND WORKSHOP FACILITATION SKILLS
The Thought Generator toolkit is designed to capacitate small teams and focus groups to facilitate their own meetings and present their recommendations to their colleagues, stakeholders or management. The participatory method encourages active participation and collaboration during operational and project planning workshops and meetings which increase effectiveness and comittment to implementing decisions.
